New Season

It's bitter cold January in Central New York and the perfect time to consider the new growing season. The past summer's abundance was inspiring - potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers galore. This year's plan definitely incorporates some serious potato cultivation and marketing. A fledgling idea at the moment, we are considering selling our own home-grown potato chips. Dad's recipe is especially delicious. Moreover, a small grass-fed beef operation is being considered for a new enterprise, with some investment in fence and a few animals to start. We are working on a plan at the moment - any suggestions or advice for a new start-up?
